Shipping and Refund Policy
1. Shipping Policy
a) Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
b) Shipping Time
Shipping timelines depend on the delivery location:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 working days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 working days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.
c) Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be available for selected products or promotions.
d) Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner details
- Tracking link
You can track your shipment at any time.
e) Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery
If a delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unavailability of the recipient
- Failed delivery attempts
The package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
f) International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically arranged for corporate or bulk orders.

2. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, we’re here to help.
a) Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product on arrival
- Manufacturing defect
- Missing accessories or components
Return Window:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Items not eligible for return:
- Products used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice
- Customized or personalized items (with logo printing, embroidery, branding, etc.)
- Clearance, sale, or discounted products (unless defective/damaged)
b) Replacement Policy
If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide:
Replacement of the same item
Or a similar product if the original is unavailable
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
c) Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product cannot be replaced
- The product is out of stock
- The order is cancelled before shipping
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the product is received and inspected.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
d) Return Shipping
If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, damage, or wrong product:
➤ We will arrange a free reverse pickup.
If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong size chosen, etc.):
➤ Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.
➤ Refunds in such cases may be partial depending on product condition.
e) Product Condition for Return
Returned products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories
- Packed securely to avoid transit damage
If the product is damaged due to poor return packaging, the refund may be rejected.
3. Order Cancellation
a) Cancellation Before Shipping
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing mail@trailcorporates.com.
Full refund will be provided.
b) Cancellation After Shipping
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a return after delivery, subject to our return policy.
4. Damaged or Defective Product on Delivery
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Take clear photos/videos of:

Shipping label - Email them to mail@trailcorporates.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
5. Bulk, Corporate, and Customized Orders
Returns or cancellations are not allowed for:
- Customized branding
- Corporate orders
- Bulk orders
Unless the product is defective or incorrect.
